Robert Wolf (1920-2005) was a professional forester and a forest policy analyst in Washington, D.C., whose career spanned forty-five years with the USDA Forest Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the Bureau of the Budget, the U.S. Senate, and the Congressional Research Service.
